STC FORGING HAMMERS

STC(USA) is the original equipment manufacturer
(O.E.M.)of STC brand of self-contained, pneumatic
forging hammers. STC forging hammers is a
registered trademark with the U.S. Patent and
Trademark office. With over 350 hammers
in use, STC forging hammers is the number one
selling forging hammer in North America. It is
self-contained (generates its own air) so it does
not need the added expense of an external air
compressor. We sell an industrial product that is
used in high-production shops and is built to
perform! In fact, our customers list includes
names such as the US Navy, Nucor Steel,
General Dynamics, EPCOR Utilities and CSX Railways.
However, our hammers are value-priced so that
they can also be sold to smaller shops. STC forging
hammers have been sold worldwide to Australia,
Canada, Ethiopia, France, Great Britain, Mexico,
Philippines and South Africa.

• All hammers come with a limited lifetime warranty
   on the hammer's cast frame and a one year
   warranty on all electrical and mechanical components.
• UL, CSA AND CE approved electrical motors and
   starter/controllers.
• Our Variable Frequency Drive option is available
   for security purposes and single phase input power.
• Needle bearing throughout.
• Glass-sand cast air valves.
• Pressurized oil lubrication systems. Two oiling
   systems, one for temperate climates and the
   other for colder climates, are standard on all hammers.
• Belt Drive - low noise.
• Lifting eye for ease of installation.
• Removable slag pans on one-piece models.
• Each hammer is individually tested and shipped
   with Q.C. certifications covering numerous tests
   such as ram weight, striking energy and blows-
   per-minute.
