Horizon Brown 425 AP 1500 IMS Circular Cold Saw
The Horizon Brown 425 AP 1500 with discharge vice, automatic cut off machine with CNC table rotation, predisposed for connection with loader, trapdoor for scrap, table cleaning device and bar lifting on feeder. Material step feeder and cutting angle controlled by processor, ideal for medium-heavy weight section tubes and bars. It is predisposed to be connected to an automatic loader and to a five-position unloader. Transmission of movement to blade (max. Ø 425 mm) is carried out by helical hardened gear reduction, ground and coupled without clearance. The machine is supplied with a cutting advanced speed compensation device. Electronic control of working table for angled cuts at any angle between 0° and 170° with manual discharge, between 45° and 135° with automatic discharge and between 30° and 150° with automatic discharge and discharge collet. Electromechanical step feeder with electronic control to program cutting lengths. Feeder complete with anti-scratch movement, the jaw unit is lifted by a dedicated cylinder during bar advance to avoid part being scratched on the fixed table of the cutting unit. Modular numerical control with visualization of lengths and quantity of cuts for each bar.
Machine control: IMS (Intelligent Motion System) control system based on an industrial personal computer with high resolution color graphic monitor and TOUCH-SCREEN. The software permits the control and monitoring of all executable functions, which are represented in graphic form. The diagnostic control cycle for the verification of the state of entrance and exit ports shows in graphic form and in real time the state of micro-switches of main interest. Principal functions: Setting of cutting programs, calculation of blade rotation, feeder position and unloading collet. Possibility of memorizing up to 10,000 different programs. Single separate movement of principal parts of the machine to permit an agile adjustment of the tooling. Bar length verification following the program. Possibility of connection to IMS OFFICE software package (available upon request) for easy programming in office.
