Fully automatic feeding, loading and chamfering.
Chamfer tube both side-ends at the same time.
Patented design working piece feeding device, ensures
smoothly and correctly in material feeding.
Heavy duty tool head design provide long tool life.
Each head has 2 speed steps, 1st faster step to save
working time, 2nd step can be infinitely adjusted the
cutting speed to get clean and smooth finish surface.
Length tolerance of each working piece can be controlled
within +/-0.10mm, by easily adjusting the cutting depth.
Heavy casting machine bed & head stock, absorb most
working vibration, which provides smooth, stable and
quiet operation. Excellent electrical circuit design with
PLC controller. Right side turning head easily adjustable
to position by hand wheel.
 
Chamfering capacity min. 3/4" to 2.0" OD.
Standard Chamfering Cut Tooling.
