V-Cut CNC cutting centre with 3 controlled axes, designed for cutting profiles made of aluminum, PVC, light alloys in general. V-Cut loads the extruded section and cuts it, then unloads the finished part all in fully automatic mode without need for operator attendance. The powerful and versatile software can handle predefined cutting lists, optimizing them to minimize wastage. The cutting head allows cutting at +/- 22°30' and intermediate angles. Setting of the cutting angle is performed fully automatically by the CNC.
Vegamatic Semi-Automatic CNC aluminum cutting centre with horizontal blade feed, 2 controlled axes, designed for cutting profiles made of aluminum, PVC, light alloys in general. It performs automatic aluminum cutting according to predefined and optimized cutting lists. Intended to perform cutting at an angle from 45° to 135 or from 22°30' to 157°30', it is designed to carry out manual loading and unloading on the same side of the machine. It can be fitted with customised horizontal and vertical drilling units for specific automatic machining operations.
Vegamatic Pusher T automatic CNC aluminum cutting centre with horizontal blade feed, 3 controlled axes, designed for cutting profiles made of aluminum, PVC, light alloys in general. It performs automatic aluminum saw cutting according to predefined and optimized cutting lists. It can perform the beveled cut on both sides of the profile. The machine is intended to perform cutting at an angle from 45° to 135°, manual loading and is equipped with an automatic unloading magazine on the opposite side. It can be fitted with customised horizontal and vertical drilling units for specific automatic machining operations.
