Roentgen new Bi Alfa Profile and Profile WS
band saw blades from Robert Rontgen Gmbh & Co.
are designed to withstand shock-loading conditions
in interrupted cuts in structural steel sections, tubes,
profiles, and small solid materials.
The reinforced tooth back increases tooth
strength to nearly eliminate tooth strippage.
The set sequence minimizes vibration and prevents
the blade cutting channel from closing on the blade
during the sawing process. The tooth tips are made
of HSS M42 for high mechanical wear resistance.
For cutting thick-wall tube, beams, and profiles,
the 2/3 and 3/4 tooth pitches have a chip breaker
tooth geometry to help reduce chip size. Tooth
pitches 5/7 and 8/11 have a reinforced tooth back
to withstand shock loading.
Roentgen Profile blade is designed for cutting
round and square tubes and profiles. The Profile WS
blade has a with teeth setting for cutting structural
steels and profiles with high tension load.
