These portable utility 8" and 10" miter band saws cut all types and shapes of materials quickly and effectively. The workpiece remains fixed while the band saw head accurately swivels left or right to cut any angle from 0 to 45 degrees. Miter cuts can be set-up in seconds in either direction. These economical band saws have heavy duty steel construction for added rigidity and vibration free performance. They come complete with adjustable blade guides for accurate workpiece positioning and support, one step conversion of the saw head from a horizontal to a vertical saw, built-in protractor for fast and accurate selection of cutting angles to be cut, large heavy duty rubber wheels with telescoping hangle for easy portability and movement. The feed rate is adjustable and controlled by a hydraulic cylinder. The PMI-10 can be converted to a wet band saw for those applications that require coolant by ordering PMI-10-1C coolant system option.

PMI-13 Horizontal Double Miter Band Saw
The PMI-13 Horizontal miter band saw provides flexibility and value for those applications that require cut off medium to large work pieces or parts that have many angle cuts. The workpiece remains fixed while the band saw head swivels left or right to cut any angle from 0 to 60 degrees fast and easily. Heavy duty cast iron and steel construction provides full blade support while eliminating vibration and deflection. A variable speed drive system enables the operator to fine tune bandsaw blade speed easily to maximize the performance of today's bi-metal bandsaw blades. The 95 to 400 FPM speed range allows the band saw to cut iron, tool steel, bronze, aluminum and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This unit comes complete with top load blade for faster and easier set-ups, adjustable blade guide assemblies with 6 contact points using cam follower bearings and carbide pads for straight, accurate cuts. Flood coolant system with chip flushing hose and counter balanced hydraulic feed system to insure smooth, constant feed pressure on the blade.
